Benay negotiates agreements, contracts, and licenses, both domestic and foreign, and obtains licenses, trademarks, and copyrights. The corporation also provides financial planning and forecasting, debt consolidation, refinancing, replacement and consolidation of back office and bookkeeping functions, services accounts payable and receivable, and performs audits (verifies and examines accounting records), as well as many other services.

Benay works with its clients to plan, create, and implement successful strategies towards business and financial growth through eliminating administrative and financial roadblocks, thus allowing the client to focus on internal growth and external new business opportunities.
